Copyright holders may prohibit the recording and display of an archive of specific broadcasts on air — to comply with these requirements, Smarty provides for the blocking of specific archival broadcasts.
How it works:
- The copyright holder informs about the need to block the transfer for display in the archive.
- The operator creates a lock on this transfer manually in the admin or using API.
- This transmission becomes unavailable for launch in the subscriber application, as well as the command
make_vodpvrskip it when creating films from the archive when specifying the optioncheck_program_blocking.
