MVision

MVision collects, stores and delivers metrics, system information about the subscriber’s device, as well as allows you to massively update and install firmware and applications.

It is simple: with the help of MVision, the operator’s technical support monitors the subscribers’ devices and changes their parameters, based on the information they receive from the monitoring system reports.

Features

The server part comes on the basis of Smarty, but it is also possible option without Middleware. 
The server stores and processes all incoming information, plots and analyzes, notifies technical support of errors by mail.

Real case

In technical support, a request is received that when playing channel N, an artifact appears on the screen - a green stripe. The problem occurred simultaneously on all devices of subscribers. Since all devices were connected to the monitoring system, the problem was quickly detected and resolved, while updating all devices.
