APK self-renewal

Added 2 new options for self-update builds of applications and launchers for Android STB/TV now, if the device does not have a built-in market and the application was put on it from a flash drive it can then be remotely updated, prescribing links to new builds in the option app_package_updating_url and launcher_package_updating_url.

Options work in Futuristic and Sibseti templates, self-update builds with a version larger than 2.3.

Engine

Samsung Tizen TV devices now support the option uid_generation_method — there are 2 values for them: default (a unique device identifier will be provided) and mac (mac address of the device will be transmitted).
