MVision
MVision allows to collect, store and provide metric data with system information about user devices. It also enables to mass update cable boxes and install firmware or apps on them.
It’s that simple: MVision tech support provides control over user devices and allows to set parameters in them based on the received report data from the monitoring system.

The Back-end part is integrated with Smarty, but at the same time exclusion of the Middleware is also possible. The server stores and processes all incoming information, creates graphs and analyzes errors. It also sends error notifications to tech support via email.
Tech support received a request from a user stating that there’s a green line across the screen on one of the channels – an artifact that appeared out of nowhere. The problem occurred simultaneously on all user devices. We managed to make a mass update and solve the problem quickly because all the devices were connected to the monitoring system.
